• Example: Dublin (~50 miles one way; 100 round trip). First 60 miles included (30 each way). Remaining 40 miles × $0.75 = $30 travel fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Lessons: 24 hours’ notice to avoid charge.

• Tournaments: 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations may incur up to the full booking.

• Weather: Unsafe conditions → reschedule at no cost.

• Payment: Cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp. Due at booking or by end of session/event. Tournament day rate due the morning of competition.

• Media: Clips for feedback only; online sharing with written consent.
